My journey in the dynamic world of communications has been shaped by hands-on experience in content creation, public relations, brand partnerships, and influencer marketing. During my time at Edgewell Personal Care, I honed my skills in developing and executing compelling campaigns, as well as managing media relations. Additionally, my roles have allowed me to dive deep into consumer engagement and event coordination.




Projects

I played a key role in organizing Hawaiian Tropic's Glow-Up Staycation, their first major brand event, at the Williamsburg Hotel. Designed to highlight the new Sheer Touch Serum and other products, this event marked a significant shift in Hawaiian Tropic's branding from tanning oil to skincare. I managed the selection and contracting of New York influencers, balancing a full college schedule while working within budget constraints. My contributions included choosing influencers for various content formats and helping create a Hawaiian-themed ambiance on a Brooklyn rooftop. The event was a huge success, boosting sales and transforming the brand's image.
One of my most impactful projects was the Back-to-School campaign for Wet Ones, coinciding with the cold and flu season. As one of the two in-house PR professionals for Wet Ones, I spearheaded this campaign, identifying 20 relevant editors from MuckRack based on their past coverage, as well as notable influencers and celebrity fans like Shay Mitchell and Bethenny Frankel. I sourced and ordered all supplies for our gifting packages, which included bento boxes, and constructed and shipped 40 of these packages. I also pitched the campaign to the editors and ensured all coverage was reposted on social media. The campaign resulted in a large engagement increase the following month, highlighting its success through comprehensive media coverage reports.
